About Our Villa This 2 storey executive 5 bed 3.5+ bath villa was completed in October 2004.   This vacation home is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard to ensure a luxurious stay.  A fully managed property, our managing agent will ensure the home is fully prepared for your arrival and be available to provide any assistance regarding your stay at ourcumbrianlakesvilla.   The Villa from the Outside         This 2 storey executive 5 bed 3.5+ bath villa can accomodate up to 12 people, based on a configuration of 2 double bedrooms and three twin rooms, with a comfortable sofa bed located in the lounge.          Built on a larger than average plot, the home boasts an over sized screened deck with illuminated pool/spa  overlooking a private 120ft  garden and a conservation area.         The surrounding deck has luxurious patio furniture for family entertaining consisting of 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a table, with a large covered lanai with ceiling fan, providing shade from the Florida sunshine!    Child security alarms are fitted to the sliding doors leading to the pool area.   The pool can also be screened off if not in use for complete peace of mind.    A poolside bathroom is available along with an outside shower.  Large pool towels are also available for your use when using the pool.         A BBQ deck is located in the garden for that complete Al Fresco cooking experience, well equipped with a large BBQ and utensils.

Living Areas

There are two separate living areas, one formal lounge with classic sofas accommodating a sofa sleeper, for those quieter relaxing moments.  This is adjacent to the formal dining suite, suitable for six diners.

The second living area is the airy family room with double height (Cathedral) ceiling with ceiling fan.  Recently we have upgraded the TV and unit to include a 46 inch High Definition LCD TV and Blu Ray player.  This is housed in a new TV unit which can been seen in the picture below. The room also has a CD player and a selection of CDs and DVDs for your use.  The TV has access to Digital Cable channels providing 120 standard and premier channels, including BBC America, ESPN Sports, Disney Toon and Discovery Kids.  It also has DVR facilities via the cable box (to pause & record programs, etc) and access to numerous HD channels.   The family room is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast area and has an outlook to the pool, gardens and conservation area.  There is also a downstairs cloakroom available.

The kitchen has every labour saving device including coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with an automatic ice maker for those ice cold refreshments, dual sink with waste disposal, large oven and a selection of internal dining and pool side crockery and glassware.  A wall mounted phone is available which provides incoming calls as well as free continental US calls. The utility room houses a family size washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing facilities.

The tiled breakfast area provides dining for 6 people for the more casual dining experience.

Games

A newly established games room  is located in the converted garage, with an 8ft slated pool table, ‘foosball’ table, xbox and CD player, providing an entertainment sanctuary for all ages.

A galleried games/study area overlooking the family room provides entertainment for the kids….and those that are still kids at heart…. with an X-Box and selection of games as well as a desk area for you to connect your laptop for dial-in access to your own Internet Service Provider, and a cordless phone with free local calls.

For outside activity, the Cumbrian Lakes community is set in a beautiful location providing relaxing lakeside walks, a playground for the young ones and even a soccer field for those with more energy to burn off.

...and so to bed...

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with an imposing king size bed, dressing table, ceiling fan and overlooks the pool and gardens.  A Flat Screen TV and DVD player are available in the bedroom with access to 70 Digital cable channels and a telephone with free local calls is available.   The second image of the bed shows alternate bedding.

Leading directly from the master bedroom is an en-suite bathroom including toilet, deep bath, large walk-in shower, his and hers walk-in closets with ample hanging and storage space, and illuminated his and her vanity units.   The en-suite comes with bath, hand and face towels for your use.

In addition to the Master Bedroom, the upper floor also has two other twin bedrooms, located across the gallaried landing. Both these twin bedrooms have double storage closets, chest of drawers, TV/DVD players and lamps.  They share an upstairs bathroom with WC, vanity sink and bath with shower fittings and bath, hand and face towels for your use.

The ground floor Queen suite has patio doors leading to the pool, a double doored hanging closet, bedside cabinets and chest, with flat screen TV and DVD combination, lamps and bedside clock/alarm.    A downstairs bathroom with WC, vanity sink and bath with shower fittings and supplied with bath, hand and face towels, is adjacent to the ground floor Queen suite and is shared with the ground floor twin bedroom  with double storage closets/drawers and lamp.
